Revenue for the three-month period ended May 31, 2007 increased by approximately 87% to $440,952 compared to $235,837 in the three-month period ended May 31, 2006 primarily due to the increase in prepaid credit card service fee revenues, and a slight increase in professional services and B2B transaction processing fees.
Operating expenses totaled $1,154,972, a decrease of 14% over operating expenses for the same period in 2006 which totaled $1,343,062.
