Mint Technology Corp.’s CFO Resigns

Toronto, Ontario – March 27, 2008. Mint Technology Corp. (TSX-V: MIT) ("Mint") today announced that Mike Forzley has given notice to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Mint.  Mr. Forzley will stay on with Mint until April 4, 2008. Mr. Forzley will be pursuing an opportunity in an unrelated industry.  The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Forzley for his support to date and wishes him well in his new endeavour.
Dawn Mandarino will be appointed as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is found.
