Mint Board Member Resigns

Toronto, Ontario CANADA, November 28, 2007 - Mint Technology Corp. (the "Company") (TSX: MIT-V) announced today that Mr. Jonathan Carroll has resigned from its Board of Director in order to focus his efforts on his industry leading travel business.

The Board wishes to thank Mr. Carroll for his contributions and valuable input to the Company's development, and wishes him every success in the future.

The Company will look to replace Mr. Carroll and add a new board member in the coming months.
