Mint Signs Agreement With A Premier Youth Brand For A Prepaid Credit

Toronto, Ontario CANADA, October 30, 2006 /FSC/ - Mint Technology Corp.
(MIT - TSX Venture),
Mint Capital Corp., a subsidiary of Mint Technology Corp. (TSX-V: MIT),
announced today that the Company has signed an agreement with a premier
youth brand to provide a co-branded prepaid credit card.
The term of the agreement is for a minimum of three years. The card is
targeted to be launched in 2007.
The agreement reaffirms Mint's strategy of aligning itself with well
recognized brands to help penetrate key market segments for its
portfolio of prepaid products.
